Return Reason Required

Available in license(s): Logistics

With the Return Reason Required feature you can make sure that a Sales or Purchase Return Order is never released without filling in the Return Reason on the order lines.

To enable this feature:

1. Open the Productivity Package Setup page
2. Go to Logistics tab and enable the Sales Return Reason Required and/or of Purchase Return Reason Required settings.

When feature is activated for the Sales Return orders, and you try to release a return order without filling in the Return Reason Code the user will from now on be faced with an error message.
