Purchase Receive only Sales Ship Only Service Ship Only

This feature will enable you to limit users so they can only receive on purchase orders and ship on sales and service orders. The user will not get the popup when posting in order to choose Receive, Invoice or Receive and Invoice, when choosing to post the order will directly receive or ship the quantities set to be received or shipped.

The productivity package will add these three settings to the page of User Setup.

• Sales Ship Only User will only be able to ship an order
• Service Ship Only User will only be able to ship a service order
• Purchase Receive Only User will only be able to receive a purchase order

Activating these settings will not show this popup when posting a purchase order to these users and directly receive the purchase order.
