Media (Set) Analysis and Cleanup

A new report is made to allow Media and Media Set orphans to be cleaned up from the system and thus saving storage. Th report is build to be scheduled with settings set in the reports request form parameters.

Telemetry will be triggered and cleanup scheduled, if requested in report parameters when:

  • Any When an orphan is found
  • Percentage When a percentage of orphans are found Percentage with a threshold of 10 will not trigger when there are 9% Media orphans and 9% Media Set orphans. But will trigger when there are 10% Media orphans and 0% Media Set ophans.
  • Count When the number of either Media or Media Set orphans is reached Count with a threshold of 10 will not trigger when there are 9 Media orphans and 9 Media Set orphans. But will trigger when there are 10 Media orphans and 0 Media Set ophans. When one of the thresholds is reached, the report will trigger a telemetry message and if configured will schedule a clean up automatically. Whether automatic scheduling is triggered is added to the telemetry message as well.
